At Amelia & Corine London, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your order, please contact us our team will be happy to help.


Can I return my order?

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the product meets our return conditions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


How to return a product

Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Please wait for approval from our customer service team before sending your item — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Make sure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Once approved, ship the item to the return address we’ll provide and share the tracking number with us.

After we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.


Non-returnable products

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used, opened, or worn products (unless defective upon delivery).
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Hygienic items (e.g., earrings).

Damaged or defective products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days with clear photos of the issue.

For defective items reported within 14 days:

  • We’ll provide a free replacement.
  • We’ll cover all costs related to the replacement.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation, as they are processed immediately to ensure fast shipping.


Received the wrong item

It can happen! If you receive the wrong product, we’ll send the correct one at no additional cost.
